Alex graduated from Laurentian University with a degree in Forensic Science but her interests changed as she started to volunteer with animals and grew her family by one dog, one bunny and one bearded dragon. From then on, she knew her goal was to have a positive impact on any animal she interacted with.

Alex recently graduated from the AAHA distance veterinary technician program, earning her RVT while working full time. 

​

Outside of work, Alex loves to spend time on trails throughout Sudbury with her dogs, Moose, Bunny and Summit.
